In a detached house , located in Stoke Bishop this double room faces rear gardens, making it serene and quiet. We are a respectful houseshare. There are 2 restaurants, a Tesco, a Co-op, a Domino's, a fish and chips take away and a pub at the end of our quiet road. Bus stops at either end of our road provide easy access to town. Sea Mills train station is a 10 minute walk away
Whiteladies Road is a 5 minute drive . Bell Barn Road is a wide residential road with loads of on road parking.
The room is at the back of the house and faces gardens. Lovely and calming. The bathroom is shared with 3 others. Although there are 6 others living at the property we are all very considerate of each other's privacy and the house is large enough for us not to be 'on top' of each other.
Shell assures me we have the best broadband speed and as we don't have any issues I believe them. The house is well insulated and keot warm in winter.
There are benches at the side and back for smokers as the house is a no smoking home. The rear garden has a terraced seating area. The garden is looking pretty and courful now despite the cool weather we've been having.
The kitchen is a welcoming 18 ft by 14 ft with a central island with seating for 4 to 6. There are 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, dryer and the usual kitchen stuff. All bills are included and you don’t even have to buy washing up liquid or toilet paper
