I’m looking for a professional housemate to join me Monday to Friday only

A lovely double room with pine double wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinet, laptop table / small working desk and plenty of under bed space.

The house has a large lounge with EE TV (inc. BT / Sky sports) and a further open plan diner / bright, airy conservatory looking out into the southwest facing, sunny garden.

There is a downstairs toilet and further new bathroom upstairs with a separate bath and shower

WiFi boosted throughout, tumble dryer, washing machine, and dishwasher. You will have access to your own fridge.

Bills & council tax are included.

Plenty of free parking either at carpark at the front, or on the road.

The Property sides onto a park, & a few minutes to badock woods / Henleaze lake.

A short walk brings you to the village and in the opposite direction is the bustling henleaze road, both with their vibrant cafes, pubs, and shops.

There are great transport links into Bristol City Centre and the M5 and M4 are easily accessible from here.

A Tier (Scooter) parking area is located a few minutes walk from the house.

This is a great place to live due to the closeness to the city, whilst retaining the village feel.
