Double room in quiet location

Available , double room (approx 3.27 x 3.61m) in a two bed flat. Bedroom will include a double bed with mattress only.

Clover Ground is an incredibly quiet area and backs onto a lovely green park. The flat is only a 15/20 min walk to Southmead Hospital, a 1 minute walk to the lovely Badock's Wood and a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you into town. It is also a stones throw away from Henleaze Road and Westbury Village. There are also a couple of really lovely pubs nearby including The Beehive and The Eastfield.

The bedroom gets great afternoon / evening Sun with a large window that can be fully opened which is great in the warmer months. The flat has been completely re-carpeted and painted throughout in the last year with a brand new bathroom installed. The flat is a great size and is still undergoing some design features so the living room will look slightly different soon!

I’m looking for someone on a 6 month temporary basis and ideally someone who does not work from home.

I work in events so I work away quite a bit.
I have a slight obsession with house plants so any more are certainly welcome :]
I consider myself easy to talk to and always happy with conversation but at the same time more than happy with my own company.
It would be great to live with someone who's quite outgoing, is happy to watch TV together and doesn't mind a glass of wine every now and then 😬
I am out of the flat alot seeing friends and family, going to the gym and socialising with with work colleagues and I think it would be a good match to have someone similar to live with.
Love walks and a few pints at the pub!
