A quiet house in BS9 with great transport links. 20 mins by Bus to City centre. 5 minutes by train to Clifton Down and UoB. Plus Temple Meads and Avonmouth. A flat cycle down the Portway by the River on a cyclepath to College Green.

Light Bright Westerly room, I have my own en suite so a two bedroom, two bathroom, two fridges home effectively. The house naturally divides up the middle.

Good parking, WiFi, reliable Bosch washing machine. Fantastic garden to be just enjoyed or participiticated in. Super reliable professional cleaner. Many local walks/runs such as Blaise, Kingsweston, Shirehampton Golf. I am doing some courses at Stoke Lodge, Adult Edcucation College which is close by. Country in the Town.

There are ecological community initiatives run by the climate change group including a repair cafe, litter pics. There is garland making before Carol's on the local Green where there is also a care run by volunteers. I am getting a monthly organic fruit box from Spain which involves no air miles. I have a milkman so a slow food orientated house (for the most part, takeawas not forbidden). I like trying to pay farmers directly.

I am a member of the sailing club one stop awa, very friendly. Good connection to the climbing wall at St Weburghs. Good access to Welsh Surf.
