Looking for a housemate in Westbury-on-Trym

Hello! I’m Joe, 28 (he/him) and I’m currently looking for a housemate to join me in my 2 bed flat in Westbury on Trym Bristol BS9! It’s £600pcm plus bills which is about £250 each but tends to be lower over summer. Available from end of April

- Deposit required
- Room will be unfurnished with a built in wardrobe
- DSS not accepted
- No pets or couples
- Will need to go through credit checks with letting agent
- Min 12 month contract
- Council tax band B

Must be LGBT friendly and professionals preferred as I work a 9-5!

The flat is lovely and bright, the building has a communal garden, there’s a balcony with a great view, WC with separate shower, and plenty of parking. The living room may be a bit sparse furniture-wise as my previous housemate owns most of it! (Will add more pics soon!)

ABOUT ME:
I work a hybrid office job during the week with the odd weekend or evening here and there, I currently WFH in my own room Tuesday to Thursday. I tend to be out most evenings either at a dance class, in my art studio, bouldering, at the gym or seeing friends. I love my house to be my little sanctuary, but I'm a very social creature so always keen to hang out. I love a movie or video game night.
