Spacious Double bedroom in Pet friendly Home

Hey there potential Housemate!

I am looking for a friendly face to join myself and my lovable 3yr old German Shepherd in our rental home in Whitchurch from September!

The spacious double bedroom is situated at the rear of the house with a large window allowing plenty of light into the room along with a shared bathroom. The house has a cosy living room that backs onto the spacious south facing garden; separate kitchen with all the usual appliances and downstairs WC.
There is access to a garage and plenty of space for parking.

We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with excellent links to major bus routes - M1/75/76/73.
Local anemities include several takeaways and a Co-op around the corner; 2 lively pubs within 5mins walking distance and a leisure centre.
Within 5 mins drive are several major supermarkets - Asda, Morriston and Lidl - as well as Imperial retail park.

About us!

We are a friendly double act that love to socialise and entertain, however we have our own hobbies and appreciate a person's space. I am a very active and sporty individual who loves cooking - the kitchen is always full of luscious smells. I like to keep myself busy but do appreciate the joys of a relaxing night in!

I currently use the 3rd bedroom as a home office as I predominantly work from home so a housemate with a similar weekly schedule would be ideal but not a deal breaker.

Alfie is a very friendly and lovable dog who loves the attention. Whilst he does require alot of walking - you'll find us out and about at least 2hrs a day - he happily settles and sleeps when asked. Worth noting, I hope you dont mind dog hair as Alfie sheds ALOT! Anyone who's willing to throw a ball for him to chase for house will INSTANTLY become his best friend!
