Double room in a new house.

I'm renting out a large room in a new build. It's in a nice new street a few minutes walk from Hengrove Leisure Centre. Free on street parking available and a back garden with side access and a shed.

The bedroom has a double bed and mattress in there at the minute which you can have or I can get rid of. There is also a large wardrobe built in.

The kitchen is very spacious with a corner bench and table and a super silent washing machine and fridge/freezer.

The living room has an electric 10 foot wide projector screen and a large electric reclining sofa.

There is a downstairs toilet as well as a bath/shower upstairs.

The house is on the corner so semi-detatched.

I'm initially looking for a 6 month tenant to start but this is negotiable.

I work mainly Monday to Friday (normally 8am-5pm).

The price includes all bills (council tax, electric, water, Internet).
