Bright double furnished room, parking, garden

My current tennant has sadly had to relocate due to his commute, so I have one double bedroom available in my home. It is based in a quiet cul-de-sac in South Bristol.

The home is quiet, cosy and spacious. It provides a small front garden and an average sized back garden, 1 parking space at the rear of the property, 1 shared bathroom, kitchen and a spacious living room as well as a conservatory. Fully furnished house.
The bedroom is a fair size with a double bed, plenty of storage and is south facing so nice and bright throughout the day. Good wifi, downstairs TV currently has netflix and prime.
Fully furnished kitchen including air fryer (a necessity obviously!).

As a live in landlord I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, quiet and considerate. Someone who works shifts would be welcome (I have previously worked shifts so know how important sleep at unusual hours are!). WFH full time not welcome, sorry!
Guests are welcome to visit however not for regular over night stays.

I would like my home to be a safe space for you as well as me and somewhere you can unwind in peace!

I am a social individual but also like my downtime in the evenings and on weekends to relax. I am a dog lover look after a friends two dogs multiple times a week. Both friendly and quiet. You must be comfortable with this :)
