Hello! My name is Suzi 😊 I am 33 and work in the science industry.
I am looking for a lodger in my quiet two bed flat located in Hengrove. The flat is a fully furnished flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and living room. There is also on site parking in a secure car park. A bike storage area is also available.
My flat is located just on the outskirts of south Bristol with easy transport access to the city centre and Bristol airport. Shops are located within walking distance with Imperial Retail Park located only a couple minutes drive away! There are bus stops just a stones throw away where you can get the M1 straight into centre in addition to other several buses.
I will mostly be away from the flat so I am looking for a respectful, tidy and responsible lodger to help me look after the flat. The flat has an en-suite bathroom in my bedroom. So the lodger would have the main bathroom to themselves!
I have lived in my flat for a few years and have absolutely loved it. I would love for my lodger to enjoy the flat just as much as I did! I would like the new lodger to maintain a respectable relationship with my neighbours too. Even though I’ll mostly be away, I’ll always be able to pop around if anything is needed from me :) Also would be absolutely up for hanging out and sharing a few glasses of wine occasionally.
The room is available to move into early December of this year. It’ll initially be a 6 months contract and monthly rolling basis depending how we get on. 😊
