Situated at the end of a tree-lined cul-de-sac, 10 minutes from rail and tube station yet adjacent to an 8 acre park and open country. Peaceful lovely scenery and very convenient for local buses, amenities and shops just a ten-minute walk away. Amersham is a small town with both Chiltern Railway and the Metropolitan underground services - 35 minutes commute to Marylebone and 42 minutes to Baker Street. By car it is 15 minutes to either the M40 and M25, and 30 minutes’ drive to Watford Junction mainline railway station.

This detached four-bedroom house has a large garden and is adjacent to many local country walks through glorious wooded hills. The house is fully carpeted.

The en-suite bedroom is “L” shaped 2.1m x 4.8m, plus 2.7m x 1.5m. Room has recently been furnished with single bed, bedside cabinet, tub chair, double wardrobe, double chest of drawers, bureau desk with desk chair, and stand with TV. The en-suite has shower, toilet, bidet and basin and there is a separate bathroom and toilet nearby. All linen and towels provided, lodger to look after its laundering.

Wireless broadband available, TV in room and use of phone, free for national calls. Dining room and kitchen, with electric hob and oven, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. are all available when we are not using them. Small utility room has washing machine, sink and tumble drier, which we also share.

The large lounge has sofa, two arm chairs, music centre, TV and an open wood fire. A conservatory overlooks the spacious garden and has a dining table and chairs. A separate room also has a TV plus two armchairs, table and four chairs.

All bills included. Cleaning, except bedroom, is also included.

The accommodation is very suitable for a single person. of either sex and any age.
