A house share in a stylish and contemporary duplex apartment. Based in the centre of Amersham town, close to all shops, bars and restaurants and 2 min walk to the station with access to the Met Line and Chiltern Line into Marylebone/Aylesbury.

3 bedrooms with the smaller room used as a study when working from home. The downstairs bedroom is unfurnished with fitted wardrobes and is next to the main bathroom which works as your own bathroom (2nd bathroom is en suite).

All fixtures and fittings are to a high standard.

I am looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate (no couples). Professionals preferred. Looking to be friends with whoever moves in, I’m easy-going, sociable and not a bad cook!

The rent is £875 EACH per month + bills which are split and paid separately.
