Its 5 mins to bus stops, 15 mins to town & 17 mins through the park to the tube station. Theres beautiful forest & countryside walks/runs very close by.
The new Sports Centre with gym, climbing walls, swimming & spa is less than 10 mins walk away. Theres also a lovely outdoor lido 10 mins drive away in Chesham.

Relaxed set up that works well with those that have good personal boundary awarenes, like to check in & chat sometimes & are generally friendly & open & enjoy sharing a house together with respect for each others routines..
