Double room to rent in Comfortable Flat

Hello, we are two friends looking for someone to move into the spare room in our flat. We've lived in the complex under 6 months and it's a really relaxing and warm place to call home.

About the flat: Situated in a fairly new-build complex 5 minutes walk from Old Amersham and less than a 10 minute walk from Amersham Station (which has regular trains into Central London via the metropolitan line and Chiltern Railways). We have a good sized kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, a furnished living area and a decent sized bathroom. The building is very quiet, as are the neighbours; they are always very friendly and helpful.
About the room: The room available is partly furnished and can easily accommodate a double or single bed. The room has a large window with a nice view of the local area; curtains are included with the room.

About us: We are two Professionals, both teachers, working locally. We enjoy relaxing, socialising, watching films and experiencing what the local area offers.
