Large double room to rent in an exceptional property. Room has its own wash basin, and has use of a luxury master bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath, huge walk in shower, toilet and bidet.
Note: I have my own en-suite, so the master bathroom (see pics) would be available exclusively for use by the roommate.

The property is set in a stunning location, with large gardens completely enclosed by high walls and secure automated gates, CCTV and a 24/7 monitored security system. There is ample parking and beautiful views over Aylesbury Vale from the room. Around 15 minutes drive to M25 Junction 20, and 6-7 minutes drive to either Tring train station (to Euston) or Wendover station (to Marylebone).

Heating, electricity, council tax, broadband and use of shared double fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

I am a professional single guy (Managing Director of an IT/telecoms company) looking for the right person/s to share my lovely home, so must be clean, reliable and considerate. Preference would be given to anyone that woukd not be around weekends, but not essential. Although I have put "no pets", I have a small, friendly cat myself, so I *might* consider renting to someone with similar? Although... it does rather depend on the pet! :-)
