Furnished room in house in quiet road in Aston Clinton. Bus routes to Hemel, Aylesbury and Luton a few minutes walk. 10 min drive to Wendover or Tring railway stations. Convenient for College Road Industry. Reasonable use of washing machine and tumble drier is included. Broadband available for normal use, but not streaming. Parking always available on road outside property. I am looking for a responsible, full-time working professional. Someone who is clean and tidy. I work from home. The kitchen will be shared with me - there are plenty of cooking utensils and gadgets so I am not wanting you to bring anything with you! The light and airy double room is furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. There is a TV aerial point. There is no additional space for storage of personal belongings inside or outside of house. I am a fairly easy going person, although quite private.
