Double room available in the countryside on a farm

I'm looking for a professional male to rent a double room in my lovely house on a farm. It is a very quiet area and approximately 1 mile from the main road so in the middle of nowhere. I am approximately 7miles from Newport pagnell. I'm a looking for someone from February onwards as my housemate doesn't move out officially till then. However, it can be if you are the right person sooner but needs to be discussed. Advertising early just to see what response I get. Im looking for someone who likes the peace and quiet.
I don't go away very often because I have a small holding with animals. I have 2 cats who live outdoors at the house.....so must like animals
