2 rooms are available at our property for a shorter term letting, whilst we have our house on the market, but with a possible longer term extension (tbc). One is a compact but light and sunny single room which is available from the 7 July until Xmas. The other is a large Kingsize room with balcony, which is available for June and July only. Both rooms have south facing aspects and overlook the extensive gardens. The single room has sole use of the downstairs shower and the large room shares the bathroom with one other only. Our lodgers would need to agree to allow access for any viewings as/if appropriate but, as we are concentrating on online viewings, it is estimated that any access would be absolutely minimal if any and always with notice. This letting would suit those who are happy with a flexible and fair rental price which includes all bills and superb amenities. The house is in council tax band G and includes use of all of the facilities of the house - a large kitchen- diner, utility, tv room, gardens and secure off-street parking.
