We are accepting applications for 2 bedrooms at our beautiful house at Bishopstone, in-between Aylesbury and Thame. We have been successfully renting for a number of years with many lodgers staying with us long term. We are a family of 3 ( our son, age 21 lives in London but is here every month).. we have 2 livelyTibetan terriers. In residence. Our bright double garden bedroom is newly decorated and overlooks the garden and cherry trees. Our huge King Sized room has its own balcony overlooking the orchard and offers a large, roomy and bright space, There is a large bathroom and a downstairs shower. The amenities here are superb, The house is in council tax band G and includes use of all of the facilities - a large kitchen- diner, utility, tv room, extensive estate gardens and secure off-street parking. We have a quiet reading and meditation room. The double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, desk/chair/chest of drawers, new carpet and bedding. The King sized room is being upgraded and has a new bed, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fitted shelves, desk with direct IT port. Patio doors open to the balcony with seating area. Off-street parking is included for both rooms. It is possible to take walks from the back and front of the house and to use our estate gardens including walled garden and peace garden.
We take great care to provide you with a beautiful home which is of an extremely high standard. The entire house has been upgraded with fire doors, smoke alarms and exit lighting and we operate sensible hygiene and cleaning protocols. We (the landlords) are involved in health/wellbeing. We are happy to support you to enjoy your time here and our testimonials are excellent. Bishopstone offers a peaceful environment for those who wish to be in a countryside setting but with excellent rail links to both London and Oxford. The village has a great pub/restaurant but a car or bicycle is necessary here as there are limited public transport services. In short, you will enjoy a quiet and respectful space here, the facilities of a modern and well equipped house and a share with welcoming and friendly people. We always respect your privacy but we also enjoy social time together as appropriate.
