I am looking to rent out a furnished double room with en-suite shower.
Allocated parking is available and there is a bus route, to Aylesbury town centre near the house. The bus also goes nearby/to the Aylesbury Vale Parkway train station - walking takes about 10 minutes. The kitchen, living room and garden are shared. Rent is inclusive of all bills.

You will need to be clean, tidy and respectful of a quiet environment. Friends/Family are welcome to visit - details can be agreed upon discussion.

I work Monday - Friday and consider myself to be positive, easy going, sociable and relaxed.
