Large double room with own bathroom

Large, furnished double bedroom available in modern 4 bed house on Berryfields.

I've lived in my home for 3 years now. The house is in good decorative order. You'll see from the photos that the bedroom is a purple / pink colour - sorry - didn't think of renting it out when putting paint to walls, so it may not be to everyone's taste! There is a bathroom right next to the bedroom which you will have use of (I have a separate ensuite). The room is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a mirror and a triple wardrobe.

There's a good sized lounge with dining area, a kitchen, back garden and parking (one space available for new tenant, as well as ample road parking). Kitchen has a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine (no tumble dryer).

Not looking for just anyone, as it's my home and I enjoy hanging out here! Would like a professional person who is respectful and fairly tidy, and who's good company too. At the moment I'm working from home full time, and tend to do so in the small spare bedroom.

The home is within walking distance to Aylesbury Vale Parkway station, from which you can be in London in just over an hour. There is a Sainsbury's, coffee shop and chip shop within a 5 minute walk and Tesco Extra & M&S food a few minutes drive away. Good bus link to the town centre.
