We are a house of young professionals between the ages of 21 and 26 looking for a housemate. The house is a large 4 bed with a large communal living area, kitchen and breakfast bar, big sofa and tv. We also have a large garden and decking area with garden furniture ready for the summer BBQs.

Parking is available just outside in the cul-de-sac

Room advertised is a double bedroom. Bills, internet and virgin TV included.

There is also a communal bathroom upstairs, toilet downstairs and a separate utility room.

We are looking for clean and tidy professional non smoker to be a house mate.

The house is located on the north west side of Aylesbury with great access to the A41 leading to Bicester/Oxford/M40. It is a 15 minute walk to Aylesbury Vale Parkway train station with great access to London. There is great access to green space and Waddesdon Manor national trust is within walking/cycle distance.
