We are a friendly sociable house with a laid back atmosphere, so we’re looking for someone wanting more than just a room to rent!
The house is a large 5 bed with 1 furnished room spare. There is a large communal living area with a main bathroom upstairs with a separate toilet downstairs. Parking on street within the cul de sac is readily available. All bills are included in the price, as is shared use of the house and internet/Virgin media.
The house is located on the north west side of Aylesbury with great access to the A41 leading to Bicester/Oxford/M40. It is a 15 minute walk to Aylesbury Vale Parkway train station with great access to London.
