I am a live out landlord, 10 mins away, and the flat currently has a colleague of mine in the other room who you will be sharing with.

In a recently renovated flat you will have access to a single room with good quality mattress’s and duvets (if required).

You will have access to the triple wardrobe along with a bedside table, and drawers under the bed for extra storage.

In the kitchen and living area you are welcome to use all of the things (TV, utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc). There is plenty of cupboard space for your storage. It has a fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine along with a microwave, kettle and toaster.

There is one bathroom that has an extra large shower, with plenty of cupboard space.

I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful housemate to join my colleague. The flat is in a really good condition and I expect to keep it that way.
