The house is fully furnished, with broadband, a cleaner for all shared areas (no housework!), off road parking, a big kitchen with 2 cookers and ovens, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, iron etc.

There is a shared lounge with sofas, tv, dvd & freeview, a garden (and a gardener). The garden has a washing line and a secured shed for bicycles etc.

There are 3 separate shower rooms in the house.

The, very large room has a double bed, 2 wardrobes, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, full length mirror and a tv point for your telly.

The rent includes all bills.

We only take working people, no pets or children.

We would accept a couple, this is a very large room. The rent for a couple is £650 pcm.
