Furnished double room in the nicest and most convenient part of Aylesbury - the old town. It is a very quiet area and you would not think you were in the middle of town.

The property has a large living room, a separate kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, etc, two good sized bedrooms (one is mine), a shared bathroom with individual sinks and shower/bath, and a separate WC.

All the rooms throughout the house attract lots of natural light so they are bright and airy.

There is private parking within the courtyard and the house has its own small courtyard cottage garden.

The bedroom has a double bed, and I am more than happy to furnish with a new wardrobe, chest of drawers etc, as required.
