Large Double Room , New Build, All Amenities

Hi I’m James, I have a large double room available for a lodger in my new build house.

The room is 4.2m x 3.8m and has a double bed, sofa bed and widescreen tv with sky. It is rear facing looking over the garden so is nice quiet with nice quiet neighbours to both sides.

You would have primary use of the main bathroom and access to the kitchen, lounge garden etc.
There is a drive for parking off road and the house is located on a private road.

I am a Chartered Engineer and work Monday-Friday with a mix of WFH and working away. When I’m home I do a lot of cycling and running.

I am fairly relaxed and would be happy to change the room around to suit.
Room would be inclusive of bills (subject to fair usage) Sky TV, high speed fibre broadband and private parking.


Looking for a Monday-Friday lodger only
