Double Room Available

I’m in the process of buying a 3 bed house just off Bicester road, right by the Apple green petrol station so a very short walk from town and looking for a lodger to move in to the spare double room shortly after I complete.

I have a large dog so aslong as you get on with him ok I’m sure you’ll be right at home.
I do smoke, but only occasionally and only outdoors.
I’m vegetarian but meat eaters welcome.
I’m relaxed and hope you make it as much your home as mine.
It has a reasonable sized garden, parking for two cars with easy parking on nearby roads.

I’m hoping will all be ready to move in mid October if all goes to plan.
