Double room in Berryfields

Hi

I am looking to rent out a furnished double room.
Allocated parking is available and there is a bus route, to Aylesbury town centre near the house. The bus also goes nearby/to the Aylesbury Vale Parkway train station - walking takes about 10 minutes. The kitchen, living room, garden are shared. Rent is inclusive of all bills - gas, electricity, internet, etc.

You will need to be clean, tidy and respectful of a quiet environment. Friends/Family are welcome to visit - details can be agreed upon discussion.

I work Monday - Friday and consider myself to be positive, easy going, sociable and relaxed.

Please get in touch if you'd like to move in a clean, friendly and calm household - a cleaner comes every month.

You can view the property in the evening during weekdays or at any time during the day in the weekend.
