Big single room with built in wardrobe

Hi.

In the house I live in, there is a big-sized single room with a built in wardrobe to rent. The house got large, sunny garden and spacious kitchen, attic + a small room as additional storage places.

Current housemates speak English, Polish and Portuguese. There is one car parking space available in front of the house.

Small pets + cats allowed (we don't have any, but it's not a problem), but dogs - unfortunately not. No smoking inside the house, no problem in garden :).

All bills, including broadband included. No deposit required. No dss, sorry. Single occupant only.
