Double bedroom near Stoke Mandeville hospital

My husband and I live in a three bed house close to SM hospital and have a double bedroom for rent from October. The room is available to view from mid-September.

We have a cat who solely lives upstairs, and a dog who lives downstairs, so you must be ok with pets but we wouldn’t expect you to take on any duties with them!

Our house: we have a large kitchen diner downstairs which was newly fitted before we moved in, finishing touches are needed and will be done soon. There is a full sized dishwasher and fridge freezer in the kitchen. We have a separate utility room with washer and separate tumble dryer, plus an extra fridge freezer which can be mostly for you to use. Connected to the utility room we also have a downstairs toilet and garage which we will be converting soon. Connected to the kitchen diner is a conservatory which we are currently doing up. Our living room is also newly decorated and separate to the kitchen/diner.

We have pretty much all the TV subscription services and you are welcome to use these.

There is a large garden with patio which we are currently renovating, but it is still useable. There is a driveway to the front which can fit three cars on if need be, but there is usually parking on the road, which is very quiet.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a third box room which is our office - these have all been decorated recently. Bathroom has a bath with shower over and was newly fitted prior to us moving in two years ago. There is also a loft for storage.

The bedroom we are letting out has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside table but we are flexible if you have your own furniture.

Us: We are both laid back, clean and (fairly) tidy people. I work from home during the day. We would like you to feel at home here so you would have full use of shared areas.
