We are a house of young professionals between the ages of 22 and 35 looking for a housemate. We are currently 2 guys and 2 girls looking for someone to fit in with the house. We are a friendly sociable house with a chilled atmosphere.

The house is a large 5 bed with 1 furnished room with ensuite available. There is a large communal living area with a main bathroom upstairs with a separate toilet downstairs. Parking on street within the quiet cul de sac is readily available. All bills are included in the price, as is shared use of the house and internet/Virgin media.

The house is located on the north west side of Aylesbury with great access to the A41 leading to Bicester/Oxford/M40. It is a 15 minute walk to Aylesbury Vale Parkway train station with great access to London.
