Room to Let in shared house

Double Room with double bed, but for single occupancy. Chest of drawers, breakfast table, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe. Own cabinet in bathroom. Own cupboards and fridge in kitchen, with own pots, pans, cutlery, plates etc. Linen/bedding supplied. Shared use of washing machine, Wifi internet, greenhouse and allotment for the green fingered. Other occupants male and female generally working office hours. Nationalities: British & Chinese. Silent hours 11pm till 6am unless agreed by all to do otherwise.

Quiet household for the professional. All occupants share cleaning chores and keep the place nice, clean and tidy; all friendly, considerate and helpful. Like-minded sharers welcome to apply.

Short lets of less than 3 months considered at a rate of £100 per week.

Though up for single occupancy (but fitted out as a double)tenant may have a guest sleepover with prior approval and a £5 levy per night. The prior approval is merely a courtesy so that potential clashes over facilities can be addressed.

Note that this is a respectable and quiet family home. There are three young daughters. It is not possible to record their ages as the ad form only allows the ages of adults to be recorded.
