Double room & En suite near Aylesbury town centre

Spacious double room with large open en suite, overlooking the garden. We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre and train station with great links to High Wycombe and London. You will have access to a shared living room, dining room and kitchen, and also access to the downstairs bathroom if you wish; there is also on street parking. There is no longer a TV in the bedroom but I’m more than happy for one to bought in. All bills are included but an extra TV and regular working from home might mean an extra electricity cost (only as I rarely work from home) but I’m more than happy to discuss this, or review after a couple of months.

I’m a very friendly and easy going person. I love reading, Film and TV, and occasionally go to the gym. I work full time, mostly in the office with 2 days at home a month, I’m in most evenings and most weekends. I occasionally look after my family dog - a hypoallergenic poodle springer (on average 3 times a year). My current tenant has been with me for nearly 3 years and is only moving out to go travelling - we’ve become very close friends. I’m more than happy to host house viewings, and even happy to meet for a coffee beforehand.
