Single room/short let, in Berryfield,available now

I have a single room (in a 4-bed new build semi detached house) available for a short let from a minimum of 1 week up-to a maximum of 4 weeks. Can maybe stretch to 6 weeks depending on dates.

Pet-free and non-smoking household.

LGBTQ 🏳️‍🌈 friendly

With a shower and BATH.

No animal products to be consumed or cooked in the house.

Hopefully, this will suit someone who is just looking for something short-term, a person who is in the process of buying a house, working on a short contract, an internship, or in between leases. (No WFH). So this needs to be someone who is out during the weekdays between 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri.

The location under 10 mins walk from Aylrsbury Vale Station, bus route 4 from Paradise Orchard 20 mins to Town.

I would need the rent and deposit to be paid upfront.

Please bring your own bedding. But can provide bedding if needed.
