Furnished bedroom In new build house

Hello, my name is Vicky and I have one room to let at my house in Berryfields Aylebsury I’m 31 years old and currently live with one housemates.

The house is shared with 3 adorable pets (2 dogs and a cat),pets mainly stay in garden during the day and night time in kitchen.

My house is a three bedroom , three storey new build in the lovely modern Estate ,house have 2 bathrooms and 1 cloakroom.
The room I have available is a very well-proportioned large single room on the middle floor, The middle-floor bathroom is exclusively for the two lodgers to use as top floor room comes with en-suite and any guests will use the downstairs cloakroom. The room comes with a single bed, open wardrobes, desk, chair, lamp, tv and mirror.

The communal areas include a large kitchen/ diner downstairs, a bright lounge and a sociable garden.
