The area is a peaceful neighbourhood and we are looking for professionals to share our home with. Our home is a modern townhouse in a sought after area, which has an open-plan kitchen/dining space with access to the garden.

The cosy double is fitted with a Divan style bed with a drawer, bedside table, and a 4 tier chester drawer.

The bedroom is fitted with a single-size bed, a chester drawer and sofa.

Both rooms are inclusive of all bills with fast Wi-Fi connection.

There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The first bathroom is the family bathroom with toilet, located on the first floor, which is exclusively used by our houseguests only as well as having access to the downstairs toilet. The second bathroom is an en-suite, so we will be well out of your way!

There is also free off-street parking in the area and one parking space in front of my garage.

Our home is a 5-minutes walking distance from Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Stoke Mandeville Stadium (Gym centre), and ASDA supermarket. The bus stop is 5 minutes from the house, which goes to the town centre or 30 minutes walk to the town centre. There is also great road access to High Wycombe, Oxford and Milton Keynes and railway stations that get you into London in 1 hour.

We are a friendly and easy going family (mother and 2 young children 10 and 11 years old, who are rarely noisy). We have hosted several amazing professional guests in our home and hope to share our home with some new houseguests.
