Double room in central Aylesbury (Female only)

I am a professional female working in the NHS hospital as a nurse 24 hrs a week. I am clean organised and respectful.

My current housemate is moving out and I am looking for a housemate, (female only), to share a two bedroom flat with me from 1/9/2024.
I am looking for someone who is a clean ,organised, (emphasis on clean as it's very important) , and considerate person who will respect the shared spaces in the flat.
Must be employed and non smoker.

Flat is located in the very heart of central Aylesbury, 4 min walk to the bus station and 6 minutes walk to the train station. Close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, banks, etc.
No parking unfortunately but if you get a permit it's possible to park out on the street.

The room is a furnished double room, and there is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
