Short term let for fully furnished flat

I am moving across the country & have a flat available to rent whilst I endeavour to sell it.
Rent includes all bills.
It’s yet to go on the market & the tenant will need to keep the place clean & presentable for viewings, which will only be arranged at the tenants convenience.
As sales take such a long time I’d envision the flat being available for at least four months.
The flat has great WiFi, dedicated parking, washing machine & is fully furnished. I will be keeping some stuff at the property but there is still plenty of storage.
Only professionals with proof of employment & ability to pay will be considered.
