- There's two WCs (bathrooms), main one upstairs.
- Lounge / living room.
- Kitchen. Open for use coffee machine. There's pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, mugs and crockery to be used by anyone. Plenty of cupboard space.
- Conservatory with a treadmill.
- Loft, only suitable for storage.
- All bedroom have AC units for heating or cooling.
- There's a garden, but it's small.

Tenant suitability
- Most suitable for a professional. Key point is to be quiet at night on week days. So best for someone who works an early shift. Not suitable for people working nights or takes late phone calls.
- Smoking indoors is a hard no. Smokers will be asked to only smoke away from the house. In the garden, or end of the driveway is fine, but no littering cigarette butts
- no couples and permission required to have an over night guest.

Parking
- There's a driveway open for use.
- There's other space too, but no garage.

Pets
- None here currently.
- Must be quiet and well behaved.
- There's no 😺flap and the house isn't 😺proof. Tenants need to cover the cost of clawed furniture and items knocked off shelves.
- Extra £50 (per month) rent.

Viewings
- Good time for viewings is mon-fri 3:00 - 5:30pm
- more times available on Wednesdays.

Short let's rent
- Anything less than a month and more than a week: Single: £200 a week, double: £280.
- less than a week: single: £50 a night, double: £70.
