Close to Bicester road just short of berryfields. There two WCs, main one upstairs. There's a garden, perfect growing conditions for brambles and stinging nettles in seems.

Tenants? Most suitable for a professional. I will not deem this place compatible with everyone. No smokers, even with no smoking in the house, everything still starts to smell of smoke in a few days.

Pets? At my discretion. If accepted, extra £50 rent and must also be quiet. There isn't a catflap right now. (Bring a pet, you must cover costs of destroyed furniture.) more to discuss for pets.

Viewings? Good time for viewings is mon-sat 2:45-5:30pm., not always available.

Short let's? Rather not, but it depends on just how short, this isn't an air b and b. Anything less than a month: Single room is £200 a week, double £250, deposit is half.
