Large double room in Aylesbury

Hi,

I have a large double bedroom to let out in Aylesbury (15 minute walk from town centre) for 3 months minimum to 6 months maximum.

You will be sharing the house with only 1 person with shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge dinner. There are two toilets in the house so you will get your own toilet. There is off street parking, all bills are included,

I would like someone who is working full time, non smoking and clean. You will be sharing with 1 male house mate who in quiet, clean and respectful.
