I work full time/shifts/ days and nights as a medic for the ambulance service. I live a quite /chilled life so I would expect that consideration from my house mate. saying that I am far from a stick in the mud. I love my home and I keep a tidy clean space. ( your room is your business, as long as no new life forms crawl out of it or bad smells) I will never enter your room as that's your space unless there is a fire etc.....
I dont mind people visiting or staying over BUT you must let me know please, last thing I wanna do is kick some ass in the middle of the night/day cause I bump into them on the landing and thinking I am being burgled!!
Basically just be considerate to others as we are sharing space. I would also expect considerations about sharing house work. (I ant ya moma!)

Smoking is 100% not allowed in the house not even vaping but you can of course smoke outside.
