King bedroom with en suite (bills inc)

Hi I’m Caprice. I currently live in my family home situated in Berryfields which is close to Aylesbury town centre and train links into London.
The house is a 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms. Ground floor consists of a kitchen, toilet, living room with French doors leading to the garden and a driveway.
The first floor has two bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The top floor has one bedroom and an en suite. Access to the boiler room is through the en suite.

Myself and my daughter occupy the middle floor. I am looking for someone to rent the top floor for £800pm all household bills included. My daughter is 14 months old and is amazing. Her bed time is 1930 and she wakes at 0700. She sleeps through the night but does enjoy to play in the day when she isn’t at the childminders - due to this not suited to any night shift workers.
I also have a ragdoll cat called Tinkerbell who is extremely friendly.
There is a washing machine; dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer in the kitchen.
Furniture in the bedroom includes a bed, mattress, bedside tables, wardrobe; draws.

I recently broke up with my daughter’s father so am still sorting through belongings but the space will be available from the end of May - 01/06/25.
