**About the Flat**
A clean and spacious 3-bed apartment in a peaceful gated development. You’ll be sharing with two friendly, respectful tenants who treat the flat like home. The available double room is bright and fully furnished.

You’ll share the **main bathroom** with one other person (the third room has its own en-suite). You have to be a clean and responsible person who wants to actively look after the apartment. The Apartment and room is not for Couples. Whilst the odd weekend visit is ok, I am seeking someone who is mindful to the other two flatmates and can treat the place as their own. It's a lovely living space and I am very particular about the cleanliness and minding the other tenants.

We ask that it’s kept clean and tidy, as all housemates appreciate a well-maintained home.
