The house is modern and comfortable, with a garden and a home gym in the garage (squat rack, exercise bike, bench press, dumbbells, and weights up to 200kg - I also have a walking desk treadmill in the home office).
I’m a 33-year-old male working in the NHS and looking for a lodger.
