I am looking for a decent person for my flat share. Your room is newly painted and carpeted. There is set of drawers for you and a small table. You would have use of your own bathroom and toilet. You would share the kitchen/lounge area. The condition of the flat is excellent and its in a great location. A few mins walk to waitrose and the local town shops or the park. Peaceful and quiet place and looking for someone who would like to add to a peaceful home and neighbourhood. All bills electricity, water and council tax are included in the rent as with the broadband.
