Including bills free wifi in Aylesbury, Berryfields area, the property is situated off the A41 heading out of Aylesbury towards Bicester, 5 minutes walk away from Aylesbury Vale Parkway (Just over an hour into Marylebone direct train) and a 10 minute walk to tesco and Sainsbury supermarket, petrol station and other shops & retail parks just 15 minutes away.

There is also a bus route that serves the area and the bus stop that can take you into town is 5 mins away from the property.
