Double room for single occupancy bills included

Our lovely tenant is changing jobs so the room will be available from 1st of March. Single occupancy only. Proof of right to rent will be required. There are only 2 more people in the house. Large patio, brand new refurbished house, everything new. Cleaner every two weeks included (common areas) but we do expect that everyone will keep the house as a clean and lovely place to live in. You are a short walking distance to Stoke Mandeville hospital or to Aylesbury Town Centre.
