I work away most weekdays, so you’ll effectively have the house to yourself the majority of the time — ideal for someone who wants the feel of their own place without paying for a full one-bed.

The house is spacious, clean, and well maintained, with:

Generous kitchen with plenty of storage

Large garden/patio area

The property has a calm, uncluttered feel throughout and is kept to a high standard.

I’m looking for a tidy, respectful professional who values a quiet, well-kept living environment. This setup suits someone independent, working full-time, and not looking for a busy or social house share.

Prefer someone in a structured profession (e. g. education, healthcare or similar). DBS preferred.
