Close to Bicester road with a corner shop two minutes walk away. It is a 15 min walk to a retail outlet and Tesco Extra.

House
- The shower and toilet facility was completely replaced and refitted in 2025. There is a good shower. There is a separate toilet and small basin refitted at the same time.
- The heating system was also replaced at the same time.
- There is one shared lounge.
- Full use of kitchen including microwave, coffee machine, new washing machine and fridge freezer. The kitchen is slightly dated.
- There is a reasonable size back garden.

Room
- The room has a single bed, desk and cupboard and two shelves.
- The room has recently been redecorated with new radiator, carpet and window blind.

Tenant suitability
- Looking for a considerate person with clean habits and mature outlook.
- This is a no-smoking household. Smokers will be asked to smoke away from the house in the garden.
- Not suitable for couples.

Transport
- There is on-street parking.
- There is a bus stop on a regular bus route, two minutes walk away.
- Aylesbury Vale train station is a short drive away.

Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
- I have two black cats. They are not allowed upstairs.

Viewings
- Good time for viewing is Mon, Wed, Thur from 6:30pm.
- Some weekends are possible by arrangement.
- Happy to arrange for a virtual viewing.

Rent
- I am happy to discuss a Mon to Fri option if preferred.

I am fairly relaxed and easy going. I work in an office Mon to Fri and quite often I am away over the weekend.
