Furnished double room available to rent. Comes with wardrobe, almost brand new double sofa bed (happy to replace for fixed single/double if preferred). Room also has TV fitted with access to Sky TV (movies, sports, netflix, disney and prime all included).
Shared living room and communal areas. Nice size garden and plenty of space for parking at the front. The bathroom is shared with my 12 year old son, but he is only present at the property 50% of the time. Other kids have access to their own bathroom on their floor.
I'm just cleaning out the room now and will decorate it shortly so it's worth having a look in case you want furniture purchased in advance of moving in.
