Single room for a locum or student

We're looking for a student or a locum to share with landlady and another professional lodger.
You'll have your own room with a bed, desk, walk in wardrobe , almost exclusive use of family shower and bathroom. We share the kitchen/ diner and garden.
It's a single room with dual outlook in the centre of old Aylesbury town near shops and amenities. Location is easy for bus and train stations. We used to have a student midwife who used the multi-storey car park for three years.
